- I’m having trouble logging into my account. What should I do?
- Please enter your email address in all lowercase. For example: ashlee.hill@primient.com, not ASHLEE.HILL@PRIMIENT.COM.
- If you forgot your password, please select “Forgot Password?” on the login screen.

Orders

- How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- Orders are placed every Monday for all requests received the previous week. Once placed, please allow 10-15 business days for decoration and shipping. It could take 10-20 business days from the order date to when you receive your item(s).
- Can I make changes to an order I have already submitted?
- If you need to change a submitted order, email us at primient@thebradco.com ASAP. We will assess the order status and determine if changes can be made.
- What happens if a product is on backorder?
- Our team will notify you if an item is backordered. If there are additional items on your order that are in stock, we will ship those and contact you when your backordered item becomes available to ship.
- What should I do if I need my items faster than the normal wait time?
- If you need a faster delivery, email us at primient@thebradco.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

- Can I ship internationally?
- Yes, reach out to us at primient@thebradco.com to determine if we can support your order and delivery needs.
- I don’t know the status of my order. How can I check the status?
- If it has been 15 business days since you placed your order and your item(s) has still not arrived, contact primient@thebradco.com for assistance.
